Wellness Bowl Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of your choice of protein - Shredded Chicken, Smoked Salmon or Fried Tofu
  • 1/2 cup of your choice of cooked rice
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Edamame Beans
  • 1/2 Cup Corn
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/3 Cup Spring Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD

  1. Spiralize carrot and zucchini and blanch in boiling water.
  2. Lay rice as the base of your bowl
  3. Add edamame beans, corn, diced avocado, sliced spring onions and ginger
  4. Add your choice of protein
  5. Pour over with olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt & pepper
  6. Finish with sesame seeds
