Returns Policy

At Stevens, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Website Purchases

If you have made a purchase from our website, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please use one of the following return methods:

Return to Store:

  1. Ensure the product is in original condition, and original packaging.
  2. Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch. (Please bring your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)
  3. Find your local Stevens store

Return to Warehouse:

  1. Ensure the product is in original condition, and original packaging.
  2. Return the product within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  3. Complete the "Returns" section located at the bottom of the packing slip or invoice and include it with the product you are returning.
  4. Return product to the Stevens Webstore at the following address:

Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action, based on the information in your returns form.

Stevens will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).

Customers who have made corporate or bulk purchases from our website, retail stores or via telephone can only return product purchased from us if it is faulty or damaged in transit. In this case, please call us on 0800 80 1600. Stevens will endeavour to replace the damaged or faulty product or, where this is not possible, issue a refund for the purchase value and agreed freight charges.

STORE PURCHASES

Proof of purchase MUST be provided for all returns.

If you have made a purchase from one of the Steven's Stores, we are happy to exchange or give you a gift card if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase.

  1. Ensure the product is in original condition, and original packaging.
  2. Return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. (Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase.)

If the product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

  1. Return the product along with your receipt as proof of purchase.

For the return of any items purchased during a 'Buy One Get One Free' or a 'Buy One Get One Half Price' promotion, ALL ITEMS (Including the FREE item) must be returned with proof of purchase, they are sold together therefore must be returned together.
