INGREDIENTS

• 60mL whiskey
• 15mL sweet vermouth
• 15mL dry vermouth
• 2 dashes bitters
• 1 to 2 tsp maraschino cherry juice
• Orange peel, for garnish

METHOD

1. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients except the cherries.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled glass. You can serve this drink over ice if you like.
4. Garnish with orange peel, and enjoy cold.
