Raspberry Yoghurt Pops

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 cups vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
METHOD
- In a blender, place the yoghurt and frozen raspberries.
- Place the lid on the jug and insert the tamper through the opening in the lid.
- Turn the blender to speed 5 and use the tamper to push the ingredients down into the blades until the desired consistency is reached.
- Divide mixture among ice-pop mold and insert an ice-pop stick into center of each mold.
- Place into the freezer for 6 hours or until firm.
- Dip the molds quickly in a bowl of warm water and gently pull the ice-pops to remove.
- Serve immediately or place into a resealable bag and freeze for up to 1 month
