Raspberry Yoghurt Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

METHOD

  1. In a blender, place the yoghurt and frozen raspberries.
  2. Place the lid on the jug and insert the tamper through the opening in the lid.
  3. Turn the blender to speed 5 and use the tamper to push the ingredients down into the blades until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Divide mixture among ice-pop mold and insert an ice-pop stick into center of each mold.
  5. Place into the freezer for 6 hours or until firm.
  6. Dip the molds quickly in a bowl of warm water and gently pull the ice-pops to remove.
  7. Serve immediately or place into a resealable bag and freeze for up to 1 month
