We are very quick at picking, packing and sending your order to ensure you receive it ASAP. We are unable to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it.
Online orders can be exchanged in your local store, or returned to our Webstore. Please refer to our Returns Policy
Yes you can, our online returns policy is different to our in store returns policy as often our online customers do not have the opportunity to feel or see the colour of a product before making the decision to purchase it.
Product to be returned must be in original condition, and original packaging, please refer to our Returns Policy
Stevens is aware that it is being misrepresented via a growing number of scam emails, Facebook pages and/or websites targeting individuals with opportunities to win, or receive, Stevens gift cards or receive discounts on online orders.
Stevens will only use our official Facebook page to promote offers on Facebook. Emails that contain Stevens offers will only ever be sent from membership@stevens.co.nz. Stevens will never ask (by email, online or phone) for personal or banking details in unsolicited communications.
Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true or sounds suspicious, it probably is.
Stevens reports all known scams to Consumer Affairs and encourages customers to help eliminate these scams and protect others by also reporting your experience to Scamwatch.

If your items arrive damaged in transit, please keep all the contents including the packaging or parcel that the items arrived in. Please contact the Stevens Customer Service team on 0800 801 600.
You can return item/s purchased online for change of mind (excluding dangerous goods) to the Stevens online store within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items, but will happily provide you with a gift card for the purchase price of the item, as long as the items are in their original condition.
To return an item bought online:
- Fill out the returns form provided with your purchase
- Pack the item/s you are returning using the original packaging
- Attach the Parcel Post Returns label to the package
- Drop the item/s off at your local NZ post shop
Please note: We are unable to accept items purchased at a physical Stevens store at the Stevens online store.
For Stevens Gift Cards purchased from Stevens stores or the Stevens website: This Gift Card has no value until activated at time of purchase. This Gift Card is issued by Stevens. This Gift Card can be used for the purchase of goods at any Stevens store, including www.stevens.co.nz, and Farmers store, including www.farmers.co.nz, with the exception of counters operated by third parties. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment on any Farmers Finance, Farmers Mastercard or Long Term Finance Account. Any unused value on the Gift Card expires 4 years after date of issue. To use, simply present the Gift Card for full or part payment of goods at the time of purchase. To use online, select the Use a Gift Card option on the payment page. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the Gift Card. You may check your current balance and card expiry date at any time by visiting https://www.stevens.co.nz/check-balance
Yes it does.
Stevens Gift Cards are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase.
The onus is on the recipient to be aware of when their Gift Card will expire. The expiry date can also be checked online.
